PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS

Orders which have Certificates of Authenticity may be delayed several days due to the uniqueness of having to create a specific certificate for the item.

Orders that contain autographed items may be delayed due to the availability of getting the item autographed in stock.

Orders that are shipped International First class mail have to be shipped separately. This may cause processing of your order by several days.

If you wish to pay by Mail:

Go through the online store adding items you wish to purchase to your cart. Click on the checkout button when finished and enter your shipping information until you get to the checkout area where it asks for your Credit Card Number. Fill out the OTHER section with your name and shipping address (even if it's the same address)

(You can also provide a major credit card number and order via mail as well and omit the check or money order.)

Once finished and total including tax (if applicable) and shipping is shown in the total, print this page, and mail it with a check or money order in US Dollars made payable to Picture Partners to:

Checks received that do not have shipping and/or tax included will not be processed. Please ensure that they are included on the printout and in the total of your check.

Returns and Refund Policy for the WilliamShatner.com Store:

Collectible, Toys, Autographed and Limited Edition Items:
As most of our items are of a collectible nature and some are well out of their original Manufacturers warranty; all sales of such collectibles are final. Our Collectible and signed items are sold for display purposes only and we do not warrant their usability. Some toys may be factory sealed with original batteries. We cannot guarantee the usability or functionality of these toys as anything but items for display.

Any item which is electrical in nature cannot be returned under any circumstances if opened. New electrical items are covered by manufacturers warranty for defects and repairs.

VHS and DVD Movies: We will be glad to exchange defective DVD's or Video Tapes within 10 days from date of delivery. We will also be happy to refund your purchase price on any unopened DVD or VHS Movie. We cannot refund any movie in which the packaging has been opened. If there is a defect in the movie, we will exchange for the same title and format.

Master Replicas Items
We do NOT accept returns for Master Replicas items. We insure them for full value with our carrier so if the item arrives with the packaging and product severely damaged you may claim compensation from the carrier. If the product is found to be defective after opening it, Master Replicas warranties their products for a period of 90 days. You must contact Master Replicas directly via the Customer Care Link on their website (www.masterreplicas.com) and after accepting back your product will make a decision on repairing or replacing a product. We have no control over their decisions.

Cancellations of Master Replica Pre-orders: If you pre-order a Master Replica Item and decide to cancel it there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed to your order.

Star Trek Props and Costumes due to their nature are non-refundable and ALL SALES ARE FINAL on these items. Please ask any questions before purchasing.

Charity Tickets and Donations: Donations and purchases of tickets for William Shatner's Charity Events are non-refundable.

Under special circumstances, returns may be accepted if the item you received was not as described or if we made an error in your order. Please contact Products@williamshatner.com if you would like to request a return of an item purchased from our store.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Also, there may be times when technical issues prevent the store from calculating the total cost of your purchase including shipping and handling. We will inform you of any such abnormalities with order processing and provide you with the actual totals. We do reserve the right to cancel orders where these technical problems occur.

DAMAGED ITEMS If your shipment is damaged when you receive it please take a clear digital photograph of the outer and inner packaging plus photos of the damaged piece before we can replace your item(s). Please forward those pictures to webmaster@williamshatner.com and explain that your order arrived damaged. Please describe the damage. We will assess the damage and instruct you further on how to best facilitate your replacement

PLEASE NOTE:

Pre-Order Items
Any order which contains a Pre-order item will not ship until all items are in stock. Please make your purchases accordingly. If you wish to have your non-preorder items shipped immediately you may want to consider ordering the pre-order item separately. We will not charge your credit card until all items are in stock or we receive confirmation from the manufacturer that a Pre-Order item is being shipped to our warehouse.
